Fulfillment & Return Policy
We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges on full-size products as long as they are unopened and unused. If you’d like to return or exchange an item, just reach out to us at sales@sawyernaturals.com within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll walk you through the process.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or there was an error on our part
Our sample sets are designed to give you a chance to try our deodorant before committing to a full-size. Because these are personal care items, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on samples once they’ve been shipped—this is to protect the health and safety of all our customers.
